Technical Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled technical sales specialist to drive the adoption of our solutions by providing expert technical guidance, conducting product demonstrations, and building strong relationships with customers. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in promoting our products and services to potential clients, highlighting their value and capabilities.

About the Role
  • This is a mid-senior level full-time position that requires a strong understanding of cloud computing and cybersecurity principles.
  • You will work closely with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide tailored technical solutions that address their needs.
  • Your primary responsibility will be to conduct in-depth product demonstrations and presentations, developing and delivering technical proposals, including architecture diagrams, implementation plans, and integration strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, with advanced degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales engineering or technical pre-sales role, with a focus on cloud computing and cybersecurity.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and cybersecurity principles.
  • Experience with data security concepts, IAM, and compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Travel as needed to support sales activities.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions that meet their needs.
  • Develop and deliver technical proposals, including architecture diagrams, implementation plans, and integration strategies.
  • Serve as a technical advisor to customers, providing guidance on best practices for data security, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to effectively position our solutions.
