Your Role

As a Visual Storyteller, you'll play a critical role in delivering hope to patients everywhere. Your expertise in crafting compelling visual narratives will help accelerate our mission by translating complex concepts into engaging visuals that resonate with diverse audiences.

  • Crafting Brand-Aligned Visual Storytelling: Design marketing materials that reflect our mission, including social media assets and web graphics.
  • Partnering Cross-Functionally: Collaborate closely with communications, scientific, and product teams to translate complex concepts into engaging visuals.
  • Elevating Through Design Fundamentals: Apply expert-level typography, layout, and color theory to deliver cohesive, accessible, and visually engaging materials across channels.
  • Contributing to Visual Concept Development: Ideate and execute creative concepts that communicate our brand narrative, support campaign goals, and engage stakeholders.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Education: A bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, fine arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience and a standout portfolio.
  • Portfolio: A robust body of work demonstrating strong visual storytelling, creativity, and attention to detail across multiple formats and media.
  • Software Skills: Advanced skills in tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and working familiarity with platforms such as Figma, Canva, or After Effects.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and verbal skills, comfortable presenting ideas, receiving feedback, and iterating with a multidisciplinary team.
