Global Transformation Leader

A strategic position with ultimate responsibility for spearheading the global S/4HANA transformation initiative and guaranteeing its successful delivery on a worldwide scale.

The Role Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the global S/4HANA programme strategy, roadmap, and delivery plan.
  • Lead programme governance, steering committees, and stakeholder management at executive level.
  • Oversee systems integration partners and ensure alignment between business and technology teams.
  • Manage programme risks, change control, and resource allocation.
  • Drive the adoption of standardised processes while respecting regulatory and compliance requirements specific to life sciences.
  • Ensure the transformation delivers measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, and visibility across global operations.
About You
  • Proven track record of leading complex, global S/4HANA or SAP transformation programmes (full lifecycle).
  • Strong background in programme governance, delivery assurance, and stakeholder management at C-suite level.
  • Experience working in highly regulated industries, ideally life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices.
  • Ability to influence at senior level and lead diverse, cross-functional teams across geographies.
  • Strong commercial and financial management skills.
  • Fluent English; Spanish or other European languages would be an advantage.
