As a professional distributor, GRB Enterprises, Inc. focuses on promoting Neogen products to assigned market segments, including property managers, janitorial accounts, financial institutions, malls, etc. We strive to establish and maintain good business relationships with existing and potential customers, increasing our baseline of customers through consistent product promotion and client prospecting and upselling opportunities.

To achieve this, we plan, accomplish, and submit weekly sales call plans and monthly sales forecasts. We prepare and submit sales reports necessary to monitor business and drive sales growth. Additionally, we create and submit marketing programs and sales contracts to promote customer loyalty and ensure guaranteed sales from identified accounts.

Our role requires conducting sales negotiations to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals, while performing actual product demonstrations to efficiently promote existing and new product lines. We also provide after-sales service/s to customers as needed, such as emergency delivery of items, product installation, assistance on proper product application and usage.
