Job Title: Financial Management Leader


Description:

We are seeking an experienced Financial Management Leader to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, as well as implementing cost-saving measures to drive business growth.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting: Ensure timely completion of monthly financial close processes, including reconciliations and reports, with zero material errors and full compliance with GAAP standards.
  • Cash Flow Management: Maintain cash flow projections and ensure sufficient cash on hand to support future supplier and contractor invoice payments.
  • Accounts Payable/Receivable: Optimize payment and collection timeliness, ensuring 100% of supplier payments are made on time.
  • Audit Compliance: Ensure full compliance with regulatory and accounting standards, avoiding significant findings during audits.
  • Expense Reduction: Identify and execute cost-saving opportunities to reduce operational expenses without compromising quality.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred).
  • 5+ years in accounting with 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in process improvement and cost savings.
  • Experience in eCommerce or retail is a strong advantage.
