We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as an Onboarding Specialist. If you have a background in USA Staffing, HR, recruitment, or account management, this is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact by ensuring smooth onboarding experiences for contractors at all levels – from entry-level to senior executives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire contractor onboarding process, ensuring all required documentation and credentials are accurate, compliant, and collected on time.
  • Serve as the primary contact for contractors, offering clear and professional communication to help them navigate through the onboarding process.
  • Balance multiple tasks and responsibilities, maintaining a high level of organization and accuracy to ensure seamless contractor management.
  • Tackle any issues or questions that arise throughout the contractor lifecycle, utilizing problem-solving skills to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong background in USA Staffing, HR, recruitment, or account management roles.
  • Ability to engage with all levels of staff— from entry-level to senior roles—both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks under pressure with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook. Experience with VMS tools such as Beeline or Fieldglass is a plus.
  • Natural relationship builder with the ability to foster positive connections with contractors and internal teams.
  • Previous experience handling contractual matters and acting as a point of contact for any related issues.
