About the Role:
The Talent Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging orientation programs, providing ongoing support to new hires, and tracking key metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. Additionally, the successful candidate will ensure compliance with internal policies, legal standards, and industry regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement end-to-end onboarding processes for new hires
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers, department leads, and various teams to ensure a seamless transition
- Design and deliver engaging orientation programs
- Provide ongoing support to new hires during their initial months
- Track key metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal standards, and industry regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 5-7 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition, with a focus on technical roles
- Proven track record of successfully managing and scaling placement teams
- Strong understanding of technical roles, skillsets, and industry-specific terminology
- Strong understanding of sourcing methodologies, tools, and technologies
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
