As a sales engineer, you will be responsible for driving sales initiatives to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) for product sales and after-sales services.

Responsibilities:

  1. Drive sales initiatives to meet KPIs for product sales and after-sales services.
  2. Increase revenue from existing customers while acquiring new customers.
  3. Identify, develop, and follow up on projects and opportunities within the market.
  4. Develop sales strategies and action plans to meet monthly and annual sales targets.
  5. Provide market insights on customer activities, projects, and sales forecasts to management.
  6. Act as the primary contact for assigned customers, addressing their business needs and nurturing key relationships.
  7. Coordinate relevant business and service activities to ensure seamless execution and enhance the customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or any related field.
  • Able to communicate effectively in English.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a sales engineer.
  • Ability to work independently, self-motivated, with a strong team player mentality, eagerness to learn, and proficient problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrates assertiveness and good presentation skills.
  • Possess own transportation (with valid driving license).
  • Resident or willing to be relocated in Cebu.
