Sales and Business Development Specialist

We provide high-technology products and critical engineering/repair services in various industries, including semiconductor, optics, pharmaceutical, bioscience, research and development, and defense.
As a sales engineer, you will be responsible for driving sales initiatives to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) for product sales and after-sales services.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales initiatives to meet KPIs for product sales and after-sales services.
- Increase revenue from existing customers while acquiring new customers.
- Identify, develop, and follow up on projects and opportunities within the market.
- Develop sales strategies and action plans to meet monthly and annual sales targets.
- Provide market insights on customer activities, projects, and sales forecasts to management.
- Act as the primary contact for assigned customers, addressing their business needs and nurturing key relationships.
- Coordinate relevant business and service activities to ensure seamless execution and enhance the customer experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or any related field.
- Able to communicate effectively in English.
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a sales engineer.
- Ability to work independently, self-motivated, with a strong team player mentality, eagerness to learn, and proficient problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrates assertiveness and good presentation skills.
- Possess own transportation (with valid driving license).
- Resident or willing to be relocated in Cebu.
