Gainstrong Careers seeks a driven E-Commerce Sales Professional to join our team. As an Online Sales and Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets while ensuring exceptional customer service.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a proven track record in online sales and operations. Your primary goal will be to manage and engage customers using web-based communication channels, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.

Sales Quota Achievement:

  • Quick Response: Respond promptly and effectively handle customer inquiries, objections, and close sales in a polite, friendly, and professional manner via chat and phone calls.
  • Selling and Management of Selling Platforms: Utilize various platforms such as website, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Lazada, Shopee, and Zalora to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
  • Upselling and Cross-Selling: Suggest related products or services to enhance the customer's experience.
  • Daily and Monthly Sales Reports: Prepare comprehensive reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Client Relationship:

  • Follower-Up: Regularly follow up with clients to maintain relationships and gather feedback.
  • Database Management: Update the client database with prospective customers' contact details and interests.

Customer Service:

  • Exceptional After-Sales Service: Address customer complaints, returns, and refunds promptly and professionally.
  • Fulfill Customer Requests: Handle same-day delivery booking, product reservations, and monogramming requests efficiently.

Operations:

  • Order Management: Track and update clients' orders via same-day delivery or parcel.
  • Packing and Recording: Ensure accurate packing and recording of purchased orders.
  • Inventory Management: Periodically check inventory levels to prevent stockouts.

Job Qualification:

  • Knowledge in Online Marketing Trends: Familiarity with social media, website optimization, and online selling platforms is desired.
  • Comfortable with Numbers: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for sales reporting is required.
