Job Title: Spanish Bilingual Call Center Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated bilingual professional to join our team as a call center representative. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service across multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.

The ideal candidate will support a diverse client base by resolving inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience in both Spanish and English. You will work in a fast-paced environment and be empathetic, responsive, and thrive in a dynamic setting.

To succeed in this role, you must have at least 6 months of experience in voice, email, and chat support as a Spanish-speaking agent. Strong written and verbal communication skills, a typing speed of 40+ WPM with 95% accuracy, and a grammar assessment score of 85% and comprehension score of 90% are also essential.
