Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
About the PositionWe are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to coordinate all aspects of the hiring process.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities- Coordinate scheduling interviews and communicate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain data integrity in our tracking system and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Administer recruiting tests and assignments to assess candidate skills and maintain accurate records.
- Contact new employees and prepare onboarding sessions to ensure a seamless transition into the organization.
- At least 1 year of administrative experience.
- Excellent attention to detail, follow up, and follow through.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to conduct various types of interviews (online, phone).
- Strong team working skills.
- Proactive project management skills.
- Experience in recruiting, administering online interviews, and/or human resources.
