Influencer Outreach Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an Influencer Outreach Manager to build and manage relationships with influencers and user-generated content (UGC) creators. This role involves identifying and recruiting influencers who align with our brand values and aesthetics.

The successful candidate will guide influencers and creators to produce high-quality, on-brand content that showcases our products and benefits. They will also manage collaborations, influencer gifting, and commissions through Shopify, while ensuring timely execution of collaborations and maintaining clear communication with influencers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Influencer & UGC Creator Search: Identify and recruit influencers and UGC creators on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube who align with our brand values and aesthetics.
  • Content Collaboration: Guide influencers and creators to produce high-quality, on-brand content that effectively showcases our products and benefits.
  • Shopify Partnerships: Manage collaborations, influencer gifting, and commissions through Shopify.
  • Audience Engagement: Collaborate with the social media management team to monitor and reply to comments, fostering meaningful interactions and building brand loyalty.
  • Coordination: Ensure timely execution of collaborations by maintaining clear communication with influencers.
  • Performance Tracking: Track and analyze key metrics such as engagement and reach to evaluate campaign success and optimize future strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in influencer/UGC outreach and collaboration.
  • Familiarity with Shopify processes, including collaborations, shipments, gifting, and commissions.
  • Knowledge of partnerships via platforms like Impact.com is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers and partners.
  • Passion for skincare, beauty, and keeping up with digital trends.
