We are in search of an Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing Services team based in Manila.
About the RoleAs an Influencer Marketing Specialist, you will help shape how our artist and brand connect with fans through content creators and digital tastemakers. This role will support the development and execution of influencer strategies that amplify releases, drive fan engagement and build cultural relevance across social media platforms. You'll be working closely with internal marketing teams, artist managers, creators, and agency partners to bring campaigns to life in a way that's authentic, trend-driven and impact-focused.
Responsibilities- Plan and execute influencer marketing strategies to support artist releases, events and other marketing campaigns.
- Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers, creators, and fan communities aligned with UMG artists and campaigns.
- Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns: scouting, project briefing, creator coordination approvals, contract negotiation, tracking and reporting.
- Work with local teams to align on talent selections, platform strategies and campaign timelines.
- Collaborate with PR, Digital and Content teams to ensure cohesive messaging and storytelling across all channels.
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics such as reach, engagement, content quality and ROI.
- Stay updated on platform trends, viral challenges, emerging creators and fan culture across social media platforms.
- Manage and collaborate with influencer agencies and creator marketing platforms when needed.
- Provide post-campaign reports with key learnings, content highlights and optimization recommendations.
- 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or digital campaigns, preferably in music, entertainment or youth culture brands.
- A strong understanding of influencer ecosystems across various social media platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and coordination skills.
- Proven experience in managing influencer databases, outreach, content calendars and post-campaign analytics.
- Highly organized, collaborative and comfortable working in a fast-paced creative environment.
- Deep interest in music, pop culture and social trends.
