SEO/AEO Specialist Job Description

This role focuses on driving strong search outcomes and championing customer success. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading SEO and AEO programs, conducting keyword research, and collaborating with content creators to align SEO goals.

The ideal candidate will have a background in client management, SEO, communications, or digital marketing with at least 4-5 years' experience. They should be passionate about SEO, content strategy, and data-driven digital performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive organic search growth outcomes and improve organic visibility across key markets
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization strategies
  • Collaborate with content creators to align SEO goals with content execution
  • Audit websites and recommend improvements for on-page SEO, technical SEO, and metadata
  • Monitor, report, and analyze SEO and AEO performance using various tools
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Background in client management, SEO, communications, or digital marketing with at least 4-5 years' experience
  • Passionate about SEO, content strategy, and data-driven digital performance
  • Experience in advising how to win in AEO and LLM search
  • Proficient in keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO best practices
