Job Summary:
We're seeking a Help Desk Professional to join our team. As a Help Desk Professional, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Analyze and resolve customer issues
- Provide product information and training to customers
- Document customer interactions and updates
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- No experience necessary, but a plus if you have some
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and Internet browsing
