Job Overview

The Customer Service Representative plays a vital role in delivering exceptional service to clients' banking needs, aligning with the organization's objective of service excellence.

  • Process transactions such as cash and check deposits, withdrawals, encashment, payments, and miscellaneous transactions with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Assist in scanning, filing of signature cards, and other bank documents as required.
  • Review all check transactions and verify the authenticity of all notes received.
  • Cross-sell existing clients by offering relevant products and services.
  • Refer transacting clients who have queries or are interested in other banking products.
  • Provide a WOW customer experience to all transacting clients.
  • Perform other functions assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in any field, preferably business-related.
  • No prior work experience is required, but experience in customer service is an advantage.
  • Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of initiative and innovation.
  • Ability to work well with people from various socio-economic classes.
  • Willingsness to be assigned and rotated to any branch within the area.
