Technician for Operating System Maintenance

As a technical expert, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Microsoft 365 tenants, Windows Server and Desktop operating systems, software, and hardware. Your duties will include monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues to ensure high availability and reliability, managing network servers and technology tools, implementing security measures to protect data, software, and hardware, and performing regular backup operations.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years proven experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Entra, Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams admin portals
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Scripting
  • Strong knowledge of various operating systems (Windows, Apple, etc.) and virtualization technologies
  • Familiarity with network protocols, firewall management, and security
  • Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) and MDM software is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
