Business Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Business Operations Manager to lead our digital operations team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery and quality of digital assets.

You will work closely with our SEO and Digital Marketing Director to enhance workflows, launch new initiatives, and ensure website production supports our overall marketing strategy.

Key responsibilities include analyzing team performance and project data to identify opportunities for improving delivery speed, quality, and efficiency.

Additionally, you will review and refine the output of our QA, design, and web support teams to ensure error-free, on-brand client websites and digital assets.

As a leader, you will manage and develop your team of 10, setting clear expectations, managing workloads, and fostering accountability.

Collaboration is essential in this role as you will work cross-functionally with our SEO, digital marketing, and client-facing teams to ensure client deliverables align with business needs and drive measurable results.

  • Requirements:
  • 5+ years experience in digital operations, website production, or marketing operations, overseeing delivery and quality of digital assets.
  • 2+ years managing remote, cross-functional teams in a high-volume environment.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Hands-on experience with QA and website delivery, ensuring projects meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Proficiency with WordPress (themes, plugins, CMS workflows), including testing new features on both the front and back end.
  • A keen eye for design and content QA, ensuring websites are visually consistent, user-friendly, and optimized for conversions.
  • Figma fluency — ability to read and assess design files to ensure pixel-perfect, accurate implementation.
  • Experience collaborating with designers, developers, and marketing stakeholders to align outputs with client goals.
