  • As a Senior Team Captain, you will manage a combination of:
  • at least three autonomous accounts,
  • an account with a minimum headcount of eight and a dedicated Shift Lead,
  • or at least one Team Captain managing a minimum of four team members.

Leadership Responsibilities

Key Leadership Areas

  • People Management:
    • Identify growth opportunities for your team members and provide them with the necessary support and resources.
    • Monitor attendance and punctuality and other people issues of all team members, escalating them to HR as needed.
  • Performance Quality Management:
    • Assess performance, provide regular coaching, and conduct weekly and monthly reviews.
    • Ensure consistent quality and meet company and client-specific KPI targets.
  • Logistics:
    • Manage equipment needs and sustain service levels.
    • Recommend alternatives to current products or tools.
  • Internal Coordination:
    • Work with the People Manager to recommend career paths and create training plans.
    • Relay consistent issues to the Service Delivery Manager.
    • Build culture and promote core values.
  • External Communications:
    • Be familiar with clients' key contacts and unique requirements.
    • Demonstrate mastery of company offerings and services.
    • Understand and solve complex client requests or complaints.

YOU HAVE...

  • A Bachelor's/College Degree in any related field.
  • At least two years of experience in leadership roles.
  • At least three years of client-facing experience.
  • Basic knowledge of Root Cause Analysis.
  • Lean Six Sigma knowledge is a plus.
  • Intermediate knowledge of cloud-based applications (Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides) and MS Office applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • An ability to understand and communicate complex ideas to others.
