Financial Planning and Analysis Expert

We are seeking a talented Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) expert to join our team. As an FP&A analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting business operations and financial planning initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of strategic financial planning and day-to-day accounting operations, with a proven track record of managing full-cycle accounting processes. You will be responsible for maintaining and reconciling the general ledger, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and performing hands-on transactional bookkeeping.

In addition to your technical skills, you will possess excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to support business operations and financial planning initiatives.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience working as an FP&A Analyst, with a strong understanding of both strategic financial planning and day-to-day accounting operations
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in full-cycle accounting
  • Advanced, hands-on proficiency in QuickBooks (non-negotiable)
  • Deep understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal oversight
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management
  • Strong Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis
  • Fully fluent in English
