Job Title: Lead Operations Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Lead Operations Strategist to drive and scale our remote operations team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams, driving process improvements, and delivering strategic initiatives that drive business growth.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience.
  • Lead and manage a team of operations specialists covering business operations, accounting/HR, administrative support, sales/marketing support, and business technology.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain operational metrics and reports to measure team performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our operations stay competitive and aligned with market expectations.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in operations leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of delivering strategic initiatives and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
