Job Description

The role of the Logistics Coordinator involves planning and executing travel and logistics for personnel, ensuring compliance with DoD and local regulations.

  • Arrange travel for staff members adhering to DoD Foreign Clearance Guide and local travel policies.
  • Coordinate logistics for training events, site visits, and equipment deliveries.

This position requires someone willing to travel and take on assignments at various project sites across the country.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage travel documentation, itineraries, approvals, and records.
  • Handle visa applications, foreign clearances, and travel authorizations.
  • Support mobilization and demobilization logistics for project personnel.
  • Prepare travel cost estimates and assist with tracking travel-related budgets.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Logistics, Business, or Administration.
  • At least 3 years of experience managing international travel and logistics.
  • Familiarity with DoD travel rules and foreign clearance requirements.
