Grow Your Career as a Travel Commerce Specialist

As a key member of the Partner Success team, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth and success of our B2B travel commerce partners. Reporting to the VP of Partner Success, your primary focus will be on executing partner strategy, driving engagement, and ensuring partners are fully enabled to thrive with our platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the Partner Success strategy for HTS Commerce, focusing on maximizing partner satisfaction, driving adoption of additional travel products, and increasing overall revenue performance.
  • Lead the onboarding, enablement, and day-to-day engagement process for Korean-speaking partners, serving as their advocate within our organization.
  • Promote the adoption of new products, features, and upsell opportunities across our travel commerce platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve partner issues, ensure smooth operations, and deliver an exceptional partner experience.
  • Leverage analytical tools and data to monitor product performance, assess customer feedback, and make informed decisions to optimize product offerings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Business-level fluency in Korean and English.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience in travel, e-commerce, SaaS, or working with Korean clients or partners is highly valued.
