Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by answering and directing incoming calls.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Accurately identify customer needs and route calls to the appropriate department or individual.
  • Document call details and maintain accurate records in our system.
  • Assist callers by providing basic information and answering general questions.
  • Evaluate complex concerns and escalate them to the proper channels.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers through timely follow-up on their inquiries.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a BPO industry handling healthcare accounts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, EMR software, and other software programs.
  • The ability to uphold all principles of confidentiality and patient care while adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
  • Sensitivity to cultural and language differences.
  • Basic mathematical computation skills.
