Job Title: Business Intelligence Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Specialist to play a critical role in supporting internal analyses and generating insights from data to inform business decisions. As a key member of our team, you will communicate these insights clearly through reports, dashboards, and presentations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule internal analyses and generate valuable insights from data to inform business decisions.
  • Communicate complex insights clearly through reports, dashboards, and presentations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Schedule client meetings as a subject-matter expert, while primarily focused on internal analysis and insights.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and R programming languages. You should also have applied expertise in statistical modeling and experimental design, including sampling, confidence intervals, and agreement metrics. Experience working with moderate-to-large datasets, with the ability to scale analyses as data volume grows, is also essential.

  • Programming skills: Python, SQL, and R
  • Statistical knowledge: Probability, regression analysis, hypothesis testing
  • Database management: MySQL, PostgreSQL
  • Business intelligence tools: Looker Studio, Sisense, Tableau, Power BI
  • Cloud data environment: Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
