Job Title: Strategic Market Insights Specialist

The primary responsibility of this role is to gather and analyze market intelligence in the animal feed industry. This entails collecting, consolidating, and presenting key insights on market potential, competitor activities, industry trends, and customer data to support informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Data Collection: Collect and consolidate market data on feed industry potential, growth opportunities, competitor products, distribution channels, and customer databases.
  • Competitor Monitoring: Monitor competitor activities, prices, and promotions; prepare and submit weekly market reports.
  • Marketing Analysis: Oversee marketing analysis to ensure efficient turnover and accurate record-keeping.
  • Industry Analysis: Summarize and analyze farmgate prices, production costs, and feed prices; compile key industry updates from relevant sources.
  • Trade Marketing Studies: Support trade marketing studies for hogs, game fowl, and dog food, including mechanics development and expense tracking.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Statistics, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with the animal feed industry is required.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in data collection, organization, and analysis.
