This is not a traditional reporting role; you will serve as a strategic partner to the business, helping to design scalable insight engines and prototype decision-support systems.

  • You will work on problems that were previously underserved by traditional analytics and help define the frameworks that power executive decision-making.
  • You will partner with internal client leads and external stakeholders to define analytical needs and translate them into high-impact deliverables.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain tailored dashboards, cohort trackers, and insight narratives that reveal commercial and operational levers.
  • Lead deep dives into performance variability, liquidation trends, customer segments, and treatment outcomes.
  • Deliver strategic presentations to client stakeholders with clear recommendations and hypotheses for testing.

Experience and Skills:

  • Presents findings directly to client stakeholders in recurring forums and bespoke sessions.
  • Translates data into compelling narratives, offering recommendations rooted in behavioural trends and financial performance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in analytics, with a clear focus on client-facing, commercial, or strategic work.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, with a track record of presenting insights to external stakeholders.

Able to work independently and prioritise long-term value over short-term output.

Familiarity with Tableau or similar Business Intelligence tools, and able to build intuitive and visually engaging dashboards.
