Business Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Business Analyst to assess learner performance data, evaluate training curriculum effectiveness, and partner with learning leaders to implement solutions.

  • Gather, analyze, and interpret performance and learner data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that drive improvements in learning curriculum and instructional experiences
  • Perform root-cause analyses on performance deviations and outliers, identifying both immediate and long-term solutions
  • Translate complex analytical findings into clear, concise, and business-friendly narratives and recommendations
  • Partner closely with instructional designers, trainers, and leadership teams to implement data-driven learning solutions

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analysis, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Education, or related analytical field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Excel dashboards)
  • Solid proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data manipulation techniques
  • Proven ability to clearly and effectively communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders at all organizational levels
