Job Overview

The Application Associate plays a pivotal role in enhancing data quality, standards, and delivery efficiency to drive revenue and retention.

The Role

Developing financial models in MS Excel is essential for internal/external clients to support their analysis. Suggesting improvements related to product usability, presentation, and data quality is also crucial. Serving as the primary contact for delivering research and value-added knowledge to clients at financial institutions, government organizations, and universities is key.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing financial models in MS Excel using internal tools for internal/external clients to support their analysis.
  • Proactively suggesting improvements related to product usability, presentation, and data quality.
  • Serving as the primary contact for delivering research and value-added knowledge to clients.
  • Supporting clients through calls, emails, and other communications; engaging with clients via phone, email, and video conferences on industry, platform, and data questions.
Requirements
  • Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or equivalent is necessary.
  • At least one year of related experience; fresh graduates may be considered.
  • Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel proficiency is required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, knowledge of MS Office and databases is a plus.
  • Interest in finance and willingness to learn; knowledge of Finance, Accounting is helpful.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Able to work on the Morning/APAC shift.
Preferred Qualifications
  • A Master's degree or CFA candidacy is a plus.
  • VBA knowledge is a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM applications is a plus.
