Job Overview

This is a onsite role in Angeles City.


  • Key purpose: Deliver effective SEO strategy through executing keyword research, creating backlinks and meta tags, monitoring competitor activity, reporting on website traffic metrics and conversions.

The duties you perform each day may vary depending upon the company's needs; however this exciting role promises development opportunities that lead to career growth.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled SEO specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Keyword Research: Identify relevant keywords and phrases for website content ensuring alignment with the target audience's search intent.
  • Content Optimization: Improve website content, meta tags, titles, and descriptions to enhance relevance and search engine rankings.
  • Technical SEO: Audit and optimize site speed, mobile-friendliness, URL structures, internal linking, and crawlability.
  • Social Signals: Promote website content on social platforms to generate engagement and increase referral traffic.
  • Local SEO: Optimize Google My Business, build local citations, and gather reviews to enhance visibility in local search results.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor search engine rankings and identify trends or areas needing improvement.
  • Client Communication: Prepare detailed reports and updates for clients covering ranking improvements, traffic growth, and achieved milestones.

We believe in ongoing feedback and performance evaluations. To ensure your success in your role we will conduct a performance review with you before the 6-month mark, and then again on an annual basis.

Career Advancement Opportunities

Earn between ₱300K - ₱500K per year (₱20K to ₱48K/month) just on basic salary and uncapped earning potential on commissions. In one to two years depending on skills ability to bring in results you graduate to SENIOR SEO SPECIALIST or DIGITAL MARKETING TRAINER.
