Virtual Support Associate Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Virtual Support Associate to provide administrative, financial, and communication support to our organization.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong knowledge of productivity tools, and experience working remotely.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and Client Coordination:
    • Manage calendars for efficient appointment scheduling
    • Confirm, reschedule, or cancel appointments as requested
    • Send reminders to clients for upcoming sessions
  • Financial Management:
    • Process invoices for services and track payments
    • Manage accounts receivable and reconcile financial transactions
    • Prepare basic financial reports and assist with billing
  • Communication Support:
    • Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, or messaging platforms
    • Serve as the first point of contact for new client intake and onboarding
    • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information
  • Administrative Support:
    • Maintain accurate records of client details, sessions, and payments
    • Generate reports on scheduling, payments, and other metrics
    • Assist with special projects and tasks as required

The successful candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
