Graphic Designer Position

We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong portfolio in eCommerce performance creatives and excellent design skills.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably in eCommerce or performance marketing. They should also have a proven track record of creating high-converting ad creatives for various platforms.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing static and animated ad creatives, landing page assets, and brand-consistent visuals. You will work closely with funnel strategists and copywriters to bring UX wireframes to life.

You will also be responsible for data-driven iteration, staying up-to-date on ad design trends, and collaborating with other designers and stakeholders to deliver cohesive campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing eye-catching ad creatives that drive conversions
  • Creating graphics, headers, icons, and illustrations for landing pages
  • Developing brand-consistent visuals while elevating brand identity
  • Interpreting ad performance data to improve creative effectiveness
  • Staying current with industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a graphic designer
  • Proven portfolio of high-converting ad creatives
  • Strong proficiency in design tools like Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva
  • Understanding of direct-response marketing principles
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
