About this Role

We are seeking a creative professional to lead our brand's visual expression. As a seasoned designer, you will be responsible for ensuring our brand is visually presented with excellence and consistency across all marketing channels.

You will collaborate closely with various teams to bring campaigns, content, events, and digital experiences to life. Your work will shape how prospects, customers, and the market visually experience our brand, ensuring that every touchpoint is impactful, engaging, and on-brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of brand representation across multiple platforms.
  • Application and evolution of brand guidelines for diverse formats.
  • Maintenance of visual harmony and accessibility.
Design Execution
  • Creation of compelling designs for digital marketing campaigns, website assets, landing pages, social media, email, events, sales enablement, and advertising.
  • Translation of campaign ideas into polished, on-brand creative that drives engagement and conversion.
  • Adaptation of creative for different formats, optimizing for performance and platform requirements.
Creative Collaboration
  • Partnership with the marketing team to develop concepts and creative approaches that support campaign objectives.
  • Collaboration with product marketing to visually articulate product value propositions.
  • Support for demand generation, content, and events teams with timely, high-quality creative assets.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • 5+ years of professional design experience in a B2B SaaS or technology marketing environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing diverse digital and print marketing work.
  • Advanced proficiency in design tools such as Figma.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant software.
  • Strong skills in graphic design, layout design, asset design, events, and web development.
  • Experience creating infographics, marketing visuals, and presentations.
  • Understanding of responsive and accessible design principles.
  • Excellent typography, layout, and visual composition skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a remote team.
