**Job Title:** Design Strategist
**Job Description:** We're seeking an experienced Creative Designer to join our team as a key player in driving business growth through impactful visual storytelling. Your role will be instrumental in developing high-quality presentations, pitch decks, proposals, and case studies that showcase our value proposition and capabilities.
In this dynamic position, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design visually engaging materials that resonate with global clients. This includes turning strategic insights and campaign ideas into compelling designs that communicate complex data and research findings in a clear and concise manner.
To excel in this role, you'll need strong proficiency in presentation design, graphic design, or visual communication, preferably with 3-5+ years of experience in a creative agency, consulting firm, or B2B environment. Exceptional Adobe Creative Suite skills are highly preferred, along with the ability to adapt existing templates and build custom slides tailored to client or industry aesthetics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design & Visual Storytelling: Collaborate with Business Development, Strategy, and Creative teams to develop high-impact presentations and sales materials.
- Creative Concepting: Support the development of new business pitches and creative assets by turning strategic insights into visually engaging materials.
- Brand Alignment: Ensure all design output adheres to our brand identity and visual standards.
- Template Customization: Adapt master templates and create client-specific versions tailored to industry verticals and campaign needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3-5+ years of experience in presentation design, graphic design, or visual communication.
- Exceptional proficiency in Google Slides and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- A strong design portfolio emphasizing presentation design.
- Strong communication skills with excellent written and spoken English.
- Collaborative, resourceful, and responsive, comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
- Highly organized with strong time management skills.
