Senior Visual Communications Specialist

This is a senior position responsible for developing and implementing design strategies to promote and elevate events through close collaboration with the team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in graphic design, ideally in-house at an Events and/or Financial Services company. They should possess a strong understanding of basic design principles, including color theory, balance, contrast, readability, ADA compliance, brand guidelines, and color palette.
A high level of proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, is required. Experience with formatting materials for print and designing websites and landing pages is highly preferred. Additionally, working knowledge of Constant Contact, Wix, Cvent Events Platform, On24, and Canva is also desirable.
The successful candidate will be able to work on a fixed night shift and be amenable to working from home. A willingness to relocate to Alabang, Muntinlupa once business operations resume is essential.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop cohesive event design concepts that effectively communicate desired messaging and intent across various channels.
- Design high-quality visual assets, including print materials, digital content, and on-site displays.
- Maintain and update Wix websites and Cvent event websites, ensuring all links are functional and content is up-to-date.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in-house at an Events and/or Financial Services company.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Experience with formatting materials for print and designing websites and landing pages.
