Visual Creative Specialist

As a Visual Creative Specialist, you will be responsible for producing high-quality visual materials to support our marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop visually appealing marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, social media assets, email templates, and event materials.
  • Create internal communication materials, presentations, and reports that align with brand guidelines and corporate identity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative concepts that support business objectives.
  • Liaise with external vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in graphic design, preferably within a marketing or corporate communications environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
  • Understanding of brand identity principles and ability to maintain brand consistency across multiple formats.
  • Experience managing projects involving external vendors such as printers, agencies, and photographers.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong layout, typography, and visual storytelling skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet strict deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
