Visual Communications Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Visual Communications Specialist to spearhead the development of visually striking marketing materials, including posters, flyers, brochures, and more. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, resizing, and preparing print-ready and digital files that effectively communicate our brand message.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conceptualize and design visually appealing and effective visual communications, including print and digital materials.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
  3. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our brand guidelines, ensuring all designs meet these standards and are optimized for both print and digital formats.
  4. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop.
  2. Knowledge of print production processes and techniques.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to take constructive feedback and adapt to changing project requirements.
  4. A strong portfolio showcasing a range of visual communications work, including print and digital materials.
  5. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Experience working on a Windows platform (preferably).
  2. Familiarity with brand management principles and best practices.
  3. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a willingness to collaborate and contribute to team goals.
