Job Summary

We are seeking a Visual Communications Specialist to join our team.

This role involves creating engaging visual materials that help support our clients' marketing efforts within the commercial interiors and furniture industry.

The successful candidate will have excellent design skills, strong communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in a range of software tools, including Canva, PowerPoint, Figma, and the Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Create visually compelling presentation materials, decks, sales teasers, one-pagers, brochures, and other client-facing collateral for business development.
  • Design consistent and on-brand corporate assets, including internal templates, digital media, and visual brand materials.
  • Develop designs that resonate with clients in the furniture and interiors space, showcasing the value of design solutions visually.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent English communication skills – written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Canva, PowerPoint, Figma, and/or the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and brand cohesion.
  • Demonstrated experience designing marketing assets for commercial interiors, furniture, or similar industries is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work under pressure with quick turnaround times while maintaining design quality.
  • Tech-forward and eager to explore AI-supported workflows.
  • Experience with project management and remote collaboration tools is a plus.
  • Strong portfolio of work in sales/marketing design and brand development.
