About Us
We are seeking a visionary leader to head our end-to-end product design function. This role will oversee a talented team of UX/UI designers, researchers, and product design strategists responsible for crafting delightful user journeys that align with business goals and deliver exceptional value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership & Strategy
  • Define and own the vision, strategy, roadmap for Product Solution Design under Global Product team.
  • Build lead mentor high-performing teams of Product Designers, UX/UI Designers, Design Researchers, UX Writers.
  • Advocate for design excellence user-centric thinking across organization including Payments Trading products.
  • Partner with Product Engineering Marketing Business teams ensure holistic cohesive product experiences.
  • Design Execution Innovation
  • Oversee end-to-end design process from discovery ideation wireframes prototypes final UI.
  • Implement design systems frameworks tools drive consistency efficiency at scale.
  • Champion design thinking research-led innovation integrate user feedback data design decisions.
  • Ensure designs accessible inclusive optimized platforms mobile web etc.
  • User Experience Journey Ownership
  • Own entire user journey experience lifecycle identifying pain points opportunities continuous improvement.
  • Develop metrics KPIs measure user satisfaction usability design impact.
  • Drive initiatives improve user onboarding engagement conversion retention superior design.
  • Collaboration Communication
  • Act voice user strategic discussions decision-making forums.
  • Effectively communicate design vision strategies updates stakeholders levels.
  • Foster culture collaboration experimentation continuous learning design team beyond.

Requirements
  • 5+ years experience product design UX/UI user experience strategy leadership/head-of-role.
  • Proven designing digital products scale fintech crypto super apps payments e-commerce experience preferred.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise design strategy user journeys end-to-end product design.
  • Mastery design prototyping tools Figma.
  • Deep understanding human-centered design accessibility responsive design.
  • Experience working cross-functional teams agile/scrum environments.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills interpret complex data translate design insights.
  • Excellent communication storytelling skills influence executive stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Background behavioral science design psychology UX research plus.
  • Prior experience fintech payments digital wallets blockchain/crypto industries.
  • Familiarity front-end technologies HTML/CSS JavaScript advantage.
