Job Description
The Sales Support Staff will be responsible for prompt collection of clients' sales documents after reservation, ensuring timely collection of clients' payments based on set payment schedules, checking accuracy and completeness of sales documents and payments, and turning over to head office. Additionally, the successful candidate will assist clients in their application for housing loans, collect necessary documents and requirements, and submit to head office. They will also coordinate clients' unit viewings and inspection in coordination with technical team, update vital information for use of sales team, i.e., unit inventory, pricelists, payment schedules, and develop own potential clients in order to close personal sales.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree in business-related fields, excellent communication and coordination skills, high organization, aptitude in Microsoft applications, process-oriented, driven, goal-oriented, and ambitious. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
