Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
  • Identify new business opportunities, including new markets, partnerships, and distribution channels.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and on-premise/off-premise accounts.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with distributors and key accounts.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and trade marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the alcohol beverage, FMCG, or related industry.
  • Strong network and relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts in the industry.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
