Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
- Identify new business opportunities, including new markets, partnerships, and distribution channels.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and on-premise/off-premise accounts.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with distributors and key accounts.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and trade marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the alcohol beverage, FMCG, or related industry.
- Strong network and relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts in the industry.
