  • Coordinate client communication and facilitate timely approvals.
  • Prepare professional marketing presentations, proposals, and reports.
  • Manage administrative tasks including invoice processing and vendor coordination.
  • Organize creative assets and documentation using shared drives and project management tools.
  • Support social media scheduling, email marketing coordination, and basic content updates.
  • Monitor and manage multiple social media inboxes and Google reviews.
  • Respond professionally to DMs, comments, and online reviews.
  • Escalate complex inquiries or client feedback to relevant internal teams.
  • Liaise with content and creative teams for timely campaign delivery.
  • Provide support for event coordination and content shoot logistics as required.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing support, coordination, or a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management platforms like Monday.com.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote setting.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, GBP, and TikTok.
