About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Learning and Development Officer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will design and deliver impactful training programs that drive business results and foster a culture of continuous learning.

Working closely with leaders and stakeholders, you will identify skills gaps and craft targeted training solutions that meet the needs of our employees. You will also lead and facilitate training modules and internal certification programs, leveraging innovative tools and technologies to keep learning exciting and relevant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver impactful training programs that drive business results
  • Identify skills gaps and craft targeted training solutions
  • Lead and facilitate training modules and internal certification programs
  • Work closely with leaders and stakeholders to craft learning strategies that align with organizational goals
  • Foster a culture of learning through interactive workshops, technical training, and leadership development programs
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in Learning and Development in a BPO or outsourcing environment
  • Experience as HRBP, Learning and Development, and related HR facets is preferred
  • At least C1 EN level proficiency
  • Exposure to Moodle or similar training and development platforms
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
  • Exceptional presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
  • Skilled in using data and trends to craft actionable training solutions
  • Certification in training and development is a definite plus
  • Amenable to work onsite in an IT Park
