About the Opportunity

The HR Business Partner will play a key role in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

The successful candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills, be a team-player, results-oriented, and highly motivated. They should also be able to work independently or with minimum supervision and handle pressures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
  • Develop and implement effective compensation and benefits strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and other HR-related transactions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with all relevant requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or Business Administration-Management, or at least 3-5 years of working experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in the manpower or hotel industry is an asset.
