Job DescriptionDescription
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding to ensure a smooth hiring experience.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits administration, including payroll processing, government-mandated benefits, and company-provided perks to ensure timely and accurate employee compensation.
  • Manage timekeeping and attendance records, ensuring proper tracking and compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
  • Handle employee concerns and foster a positive work environment by implementing HR best practices and engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain and update HR 201 records, ensuring accuracy in employee documentation, payroll support, and benefits administration.
  • Administer and oversee various HR functions, including employee relations, training and development, performance management, and compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs to enhance workplace efficiency and employee satisfaction.
  • Conduct or acquire background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
  • Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
  • Handle employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
  • Attend and participate in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
  • Maintain compliance with local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; review policies and practices to maintain compliance.
  • Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
  • Manage timely and accurate submission of payroll timekeeping reports, mandatory government remittances, and exit clearances of separated employees.
  • Negotiate with staff and their representatives on issues relating to pay and conditions.
  • Monitor consistent applications of compensation and benefits policy.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Psychology/BS Human Resource Management/Business Administration-Management or at least 3 to 5 years working experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Team-player, results-oriented and highly motivated.
  • Ability to work independently or with minimum supervision and handle pressures.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the manpower/hotel industry.
  • Willing to be assigned in Baguio Country Club, Baguio City.
