About The Role

We're looking for a senior backend engineer who can bridge data infrastructure, backend systems, and AI operations. This role will be pivotal in building and scaling the systems that power community businesses. You'll work closely with product and community growth teams to automate core workflows, deploy AI agents, and maintain clean, reliable data pipelines.

  • Design and maintain data pipelines and infrastructure using tools like dbt and Snowflake.">
  • Build and deploy AI agents and other micro-services/tools that support operational and community use cases.">
  • Own our backend architecture, with an emphasis on scalability, automation, and velocity.">
  • Integrate third-party platforms (CRM, ESP, forms, etc.) and unify customer data across systems.">
  • Support internal tools and workflows to help the team move faster with fewer resources.">
