About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled software architect to lead the design and implementation of front-end applications using React and Gatsby. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating scalable and maintainable codebases that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing and implementing front-end applications using React and Gatsby or another React framework.
  • Developing clean, modular code for clients with minimal technical oversight.
  • Managing facets of projects as applicable such as Quality, Performance, and Security.
  • Assuming responsibility for the architecture and development of complex components.
  • Collaborating directly with client stakeholders to gather requirements.
  • Communicating with team members and clients about task status, availability, and questions about technology.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of professional experience within the software industry.
  • 3+ years of experience as a front-end developer with React.
  • 2+ years of experience with Gatsby, Next, or a similar React framework.
  • Familiarity with automated unit testing.
  • Experience working in a distributed, agile environment planning and executing on a project using Agile methodologies.
  • Confident with use of Git for version control.
  • Experience with AWS or GCP, loosely in a DevOps capacity is a plus.
  • Experience developing continuous integration, continuous delivery, and continuous deployment pipelines.
