The role of an Assistant Operations Manager is to optimize firm-wide operations and drive business growth.

This position plays a crucial part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, efficient client service delivery, and measurable progress in firm development initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Supporting the Operations Manager in overseeing firm-wide initiatives and workflows.
  2. Monitoring client communications to ensure consistency and high-quality service delivery.
  3. Compiling reports on firm-wide metrics, including operations and client services.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or executive support.
  • Native-level fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Strong organizational, research, and planning skills.

Technical proficiency includes:

  • monday.com: Highly proficient in setting up boards, automations, dashboards, and workflows for task tracking and project planning.
  • AI Tools: Highly adaptable, with demonstrated ability to leverage AI functionalities to improve efficiency, reporting, and decision-making.
  • CRM: Salesforce or similar.
  • Productivity & Scheduling: Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Dialpad, Zoom.
