Job Overview

We are seeking a business systems optimization specialist to enhance our internal tools and support scalable operations. This role requires collaboration with stakeholders, process improvement, automation, and reporting.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience configuring collaboration and process tools, as well as using analytics tools to build dashboards and track KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Optimize internal tools and user enablement
  • Design, configure, maintain, and improve company-wide tools
  • Support tool rollout and adoption through training and documentation
  • Improve processes and workflows
  • Collaborate on requirements gathering, workflow streamlining, and operational standards alignment
  • Generate insights through data analysis and dashboard maintenance
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Data Analytics, IT, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in tools and systems optimization, process improvement, and automation
  • Proven hands-on experience configuring collaboration and process tools
  • Strong facilitation and collaboration skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail with a continuous improvement mindset

The successful candidate will work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders, and provide training and support.
