Job Title

A Quality Auditor is required to safeguard the quality and integrity of client deliverables, operational processes, and internal data.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency across audited deliverables
  • Develop and publish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Update and revise published SOPs annually or as needed
  • Lead data quality and remediation projects
  • Perform high-quality internal audits adhering to international standards

The successful candidate will participate in multiple stages of interviews including a 30-minute HR round, case study, career deep dive, behavioural fit assessment, offer + reference interviews, and requirement for background screening.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years experience as an auditor
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment
  • Collaborative mindset with data-driven approach
